Rosebrook is a 12 acre property with a homestead and a loftstyle "barn" situated in the peaceful Kurrajong Hills.  ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The property is 2 km from Loxley on Bellbird Hill, 4km from the picturesque Kurrajong Village and 20 minutes from Mt Tomah Botanic Gardens.

The barn is perfect for a couple, and shorter stay and the homestead is perfect for a larger family or group of friends or a longer stay.

​Property History

Originally, the homestead was a 2 bedroom soldier's settlement house, built in 1920 from Cyprus pine and hardwood frame.  It was sympathetically extended over recent years.  The barn is a more recent addition, originally built for music practice, and based on the original Soldier Settlement barn.  For further information about the Returning Soldier's Settlement ballot click here.​
